11. Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Services from other users of the Services without their express permission;
    
    
12. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
    
    
13. Violate any applicable law or regulation;

These Terms of Service are governed by the internal substantive laws of Malaysia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

buycarplate.com reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove any User Content for any reason or for no reason, including User Content that buycarplate.com believes violates this Terms and Conditions. buycarplate.com may also permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a User account without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in buycarplate.com sole determination, a User violates any provision of our Terms and Conditions, or for no reason.

buycarplate.com also holds the right to filter through the content you post; or share and retain it for 24 hours upon publishing.

ALL purchases of numbers are FULLY REFUNDABLE in the event that there is a double payment at the same time.

ALL purchases of numbers are require a booking fee as LOW as RM200. Processing only will start after 50% to 70% payment made.
